Staying Positive

The Saints season has been up and down but the future does look bright. The saints season hasn’t  gone  according to plan. This is Randy Crooms first season not making the play offs. On his 3rd year as a head coach he took a hit as the offense seemed to regress. The offense couldn’t seem to get going all season long. It looked like often they were in their own way. The defense played good all season long but definitely felt the missing presence of Cameron Jordan. Saints will look to pick up a Power Rusher this off season.

The future does look bright on New Orleans. As we head closer to the High Stakes season the youth in this team will be in peak form come High Stakes. Management really has done an amazing job managing talent with cap. The 2 gems in the saints team come from the scouting team.  Keanon Clifford safety was picked up in FA as a 58 overall safety, He is now 77 overall Superstar Development at 24 years old. The second gem goes to Mack Carter a 3rd round pick up that came in at 60 overall, he now 80 overall Superstar Development.

We look out to finish the season strong as we face the raiders next. We definitely have to be more aggressive and find ways to move the ball down the field. We will be experimenting some new schemes these last two weeks as we head in the off season.
